Our business is organized in three reporting segments - Healthcare, Energy, and Financial Services Advisory and Compliance. Within these reporting segments, we deliver consulting and advisory services and also provide technology-based solutions, data hosting and processing, and business process management services (which we refer to as Technology, Data & Process services herein) to the respective industries underlying these reporting segments. We conduct business globally in certain areas across our reporting segments and are strategically focused on offering services to clients facing transformational change and significant regulatory or legal pressures.
